Priest River visited Riverside on Tuesday and it was a close game throughout. Priest River jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the 1st inning aided by poor defense behind Rams starter Joe Ueno. The Rams chipped away and eventually took the lead 7-6 in the 5th on an RBI single by Riley Distad who had his first multi-hit game of the year going 2 for 3 for Riverside. Gabe Schott earned the win in relief for the Rams coming up big for the Rams throwing the 5 & 6th innings allowing just 1 run. The Rams scored 6 in the bottom of the 6th to seal the deal 13-8.
